We are highly skilled at diagnosing problems with your system. Most of the time this support can be provided remotely with either the remote access that you already have or we can send you a device that will give us temporary access.
Seldom, if ever, is the programming for a system delivered problem free. We can correct or improve the programming in these cases to relieve the operators from the problems that these cause.
Commissioning and start-up services. Support is available for new applications as well as re-commissioning services for third-party products and systems.
Services include functional test and on-site configuration of electrical, networking, and automation components, through full equipment completions, commissioning and start-up.

Over 25 years of experience in industrial automation. He began his career in the midwest automating machinery that manufacture parts for the automotive industry. Upon returning to Austin, Texas in 1995, he gained experience in conveyor systems, life safety systems, water treatment in semiconductor applications. For the last 15 years he has worked almost exclusively on Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) plants in the private and municipal wastewater industry.
